Graphic Designer Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that communicates our brand story and engages our audiences. You will work across digital and print formats, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to produce designs that are both beautiful and strategically aligned. You have a strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, and advertising
• Create print materials including brochures, event collateral, and signage
• Support brand identity development, maintenance, and evolution
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visual concepts
• Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and brand guidelines
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and video outputs
• Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to agreed deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts that meet business objectives
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for design quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload independently

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere)
• Experience with HTML/CSS for digital design implementation
• Background in brand identity or campaign design
• Experience at a design agency or in-house creative team
