Product Manager Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to define what we build and why, prioritizing ruthlessly to deliver value for our users and the business. You are a clear thinker, a strong communicator, and deeply customer-obsessed.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, making data-informed trade-off decisions
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to deeply understand customer needs
• Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
• Analyze product metrics to evaluate feature performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Define success metrics for every feature and track progress post-launch
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, support teams, and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate roadmap decisions clearly

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience at a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and translate it into executable roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
• Familiarity with SQL for self-serve data analysis
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
