Supply Chain Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient, resilient, and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. You will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You are data-driven, commercially astute, and skilled at managing complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and customer needs
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct performance reviews
• Oversee inventory planning and management to balance service levels with working capital
• Lead demand forecasting and S&OP processes in collaboration with sales and operations
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight, customs, and 3PL relationships
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs — on-time delivery, cost, quality, and lead times
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, building resilience and contingency plans
• Lead supply chain continuous improvement and digitization initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain management experience
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations — procurement, logistics, warehousing
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive supply chain decisions
• Experience managing international logistics and trade compliance
• Leadership experience managing a supply chain team

Nice to Have

• APICS CSCP or CPSM certification
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices
• Experience with supply chain digital transformation or automation
