We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace. You will partner with leadership and managers across the business to deliver programs that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. You are strategic, empathetic, and someone who makes people feel valued.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Lead employee relations, providing guidance on complex HR issues with fairness and consistency
  • Design and implement performance review and feedback processes
  • Manage compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and total rewards programs
  • Oversee HR compliance across relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Champion DEI initiatives and build an inclusive culture
  • Implement and optimize HRIS systems and people data reporting
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and handling sensitive HR matters
  • Experience designing and running performance management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — trusted advisor to employees and leaders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, HiBob, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Experience building HR functions at a high-growth startup
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience with multi-country HR operations
  • Background in organizational development or L&D
