Project Manager Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex initiatives across the organization. You will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to cross-functional projects — managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You are organized, proactive, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives across multiple teams
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks and blockers
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear action items, owners, and deadlines
• Manage stakeholder communication — regular status updates, escalations, and reporting
• Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues
• Manage project budgets and track spend against approved budgets
• Conduct project retrospectives and capture lessons learned for future improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum) certification
• Experience with software or technology project delivery
• Familiarity with change management principles
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or transformation projects
