Financial Analyst Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. You will be a trusted business partner to leadership and department heads, providing financial insights that drive better decisions. You are analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator of financial information.

Responsabilità

• Build and maintain financial models including P&L, cash flow, and scenario analyses
• Own the monthly and quarterly reporting process — actual vs. budget variance analysis
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and decision support
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership
• Analyze unit economics, customer cohorts, and SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
• Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, market sizing, and ROI assessments
• Assist with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising due diligence

Requisiti

• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting experience
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Excellent understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Experience with FP&A or ERP software (Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong presentation and communication skills — able to tell a story with numbers
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Requisiti preferenziali

• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
• Familiarity with SQL for self-serve data analysis
• CFA or CPA certification (or in progress)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
