We are looking for a Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experiments and channel optimization. You will own the full funnel — from identifying growth opportunities to executing campaigns, running experiments, and measuring impact. You are equal parts strategist, analyst, and executor.

Responsabilità

• Identify, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across acquisition and retention channels
• Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on CAC and LTV
• Build and optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and activation sequences
• Design and analyze A/B tests across channels, messaging, and user journeys
• Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, content, and link-building programs
• Build and iterate on email lifecycle campaigns — onboarding, engagement, win-back
• Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives
• Report on key growth metrics and communicate findings to leadership

Requisiti

• 3+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition budgets with clear ROI accountability
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Braze, or similar)
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content-led growth
• Ability to run experiments rigorously with clear hypotheses and success metrics

Requisiti preferenziali

• Experience with product-led growth strategies
• Familiarity with SQL for self-serve data analysis
• Experience with referral or viral growth mechanics
• Knowledge of international growth and localization strategies
