We are seeking a talented Product Designer to shape the end-to-end user experience of our product. You will work across discovery, design, and delivery — from understanding user needs and defining problems through to shipping polished, accessible interfaces. You are passionate about great design, evidence-based decisions, and the details that make products feel exceptional.

Responsabilità

• Lead end-to-end design for product features — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity delivery
• Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the development process
• Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and component library
• Define and apply interaction patterns, motion, and micro-interactions
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively

Requisiti

• 3+ years of product design experience at a technology company
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
• Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams through the build process

Requisiti preferenziali

• Experience building or evolving a design system at scale
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Experience with quantitative research and analytics tools
