We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team and help clients buy, sell, and let properties. You will manage property listings, generate leads, conduct viewings, negotiate transactions, and guide clients through the buying or selling process. You are an excellent communicator, a skilled negotiator, and someone who thrives on building lasting client relationships.

Responsabilità

• Prospect for new listings and build a pipeline of buyer and seller clients
• Conduct property valuations and advise clients on pricing strategy
• Manage property listings across portals, the company website, and social media
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing professional guidance to buyers
• Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
• Guide clients through the transaction process from offer to completion or exchange
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales or letting process
• Keep up to date with local market conditions, property values, and regulations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs

Requisiti

• Previous real estate sales or lettings experience
• Current real estate license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with the drive and discipline to generate leads and close deals
• High professional and ethical standards
• Proficiency with property management and CRM software

Requisiti preferenziali

• Experience with both sales and lettings
• Background in commercial real estate
• Additional language skills relevant to the local market
• Experience with new-build or off-plan sales
