We are seeking an innovative and rigorous Research Scientist to design and execute research programs that advance our understanding and capabilities. You will lead experimental work, analyze results, publish findings, and translate research insights into practical applications. You bring scientific creativity, methodological rigor, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

Responsabilità

• Design, execute, and iterate on experiments to test hypotheses and advance research objectives
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical and computational methods
• Write and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and at conferences
• Present research outcomes clearly to scientific and non-scientific audiences
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary researchers, engineers, and product teams
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and research documentation
• Manage research equipment, reagents, and samples following established protocols
• Stay current with relevant scientific literature and emerging methodologies
• Contribute to grant proposals, ethics applications, and research reports

Requisiti

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (or Master's with significant research experience)
• Strong track record of independent research and peer-reviewed publications
• Expertise in experimental design and quantitative data analysis
• Proficiency with relevant analytical software and statistical tools
• Excellent scientific writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
• Commitment to research integrity and reproducibility

Requisiti preferenziali

• Postdoctoral research experience
• Experience with industry-academic collaborations
• Knowledge of grant funding mechanisms and proposal writing
• Experience with machine learning or bioinformatics approaches
