We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process and help us build a world-class team. You will partner with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs, build diverse pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You are a skilled evaluator of talent, a relentless sourcer, and a champion for fair, structured hiring.
Responsabilidades
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across technical and non-technical functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates efficiently through resume review and initial qualification calls
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage job postings across relevant job boards and company careers page
- Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
- Lead offer process including compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and closing
Requisitos
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a technology company
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, data, product)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar)
- Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, creative outreach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality
- Commitment to candidate experience and equitable, structured hiring practices
Deseable
- Experience recruiting in the HR tech, AI, or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with structured interviewing methodologies and scorecards
- Experience building diversity sourcing strategies
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
